Welcome to Have It Personalised. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Personalisation

Please check all names, wording, colours and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

For personalised products, we may provide a proof for approval before production. Once your order has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Personalised Products

Our personalised ribbons, sashes and other custom products are made especially for you.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on personalised products. However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item will be shipped.

Some designs are editable online using Corjl. Where available, we recommend trying the free demo before purchasing.

Due to the digital nature of these products, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available once the digital product has been supplied or accessed.

Digital designs are for personal use only unless otherwise stated and must not be resold, shared or redistributed.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays outside our control. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

Website & Designs

All original designs, images, branding and website content belonging to Have It Personalised must not be copied, reproduced, resold or distributed without permission.
